Gourmet Honey Chocolate Fudge
20 oz chocolate chips (more than one bag)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
Line a 9 x 9 pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Melt chips, sweetened condensed milk and honey in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. When melted and smooth, remove from the hear and stir in the vanilla. Spread in the foil lined pan. Cool and cut into squares. Store in a cool place.
